Story

Real estate has been more than a profession for me — it has been a journey of helping people through some of life’s most important transitions.

With over 24 years of real estate experience and 34 years in corporate environments, I founded FT Realty & Management Co. with a commitment to delivering exceptional service built on trust, expertise, and integrity.

After moving to San Diego more than 32 years ago, my life took a deeply personal turn when I became the primary caregiver for my mother for 15 years. That experience profoundly shaped my perspective and inspired my passion for helping seniors and their families navigate real estate decisions with confidence and dignity.
